About

With a PhD in Cell Biology and over a decade leading research at LMU Munich, I have built deep expertise in stable cell line engineering, gene editing (CRISPR/Cas), and genetic code expansion for ncAA-based conjugation systems.

My work on amber suppression optimization led to iPASS — a tool now used by labs worldwide for designing efficient ncAA incorporation sites.

I combine hands-on bench experience with strong bioinformatics skills, bringing a data-driven approach to cell line development and genome engineering challenges.

Today, I consult for biotech startups working on ADCs, biologics, and next-generation protein engineering. I combine deep technical expertise with a structured, project-management approach — ensuring clear milestones, documentation, and efficient use of your consulting hours.
